this is probably straight forward but I have never tried to download and open a plugin before so any help would be great. I have also checked in logic in the plugin manager and can't find it with any searches.

anyways I try one of the potential Mac ones then it seems to be giving me the option of 'which program to run this with' in my knowledge this is probably asking me to extract it but I have no idea where to go from here. Iv'e then gone to and done the same process but this has now given me some files in my downloads (screenshot provided) I'm not even sure which one of these I'm supposed to click on for a start but its obviously not any of the windows ones. I do this and it says installation complete but then I can't find the plugin anywhere on the Mac.
